Ok, I know I haven’t been keeping up with this but I fully intend to start. I am about to start going to the farmer’s market every weekend ands king more fresh meals. I am starting monthly meal planning in March so hopefully I will remember to take photos of my meals!
Mm, went to soulard farmer’s market for fruits and veggies. Made a fruit salad with blackberries, strawberries, mangos, and cherries! Then all I added was a lil lemon juice, but not much. Sooo so good!
Yummy stir fry! Lots of veggies and a brown garlic sauce! Second day for hubby’s lunch I added some ground burger and he said he ate it on tortillas at work. I thought that was odd bc we eat it with rice, so he had it with rice inside a tortilla. Kind of an Asian Mexican fusion I guess. Think I will stick without the tortilla and just do the rice!
My first time makin fried chicken. A little bland but still very good, my hubby loved it!

Taco chicken breast with beans and tomatoes under a cheese sauce! Slow cooked the chicken and it was so moist!
Steak dinner! We bought a whole top sirloin, love going to my hometown and getting awesome deals on meat! This was delicious.
